1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Captora AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Description of Service

Captora AI provides an AI-powered content generation platform that allows users to create social media posts, captions, hashtags, and related content. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Captora AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Create spam, misinformation, or deliberately deceptive content.
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform you publish to.
• Circumvent usage quotas or access restrictions by any means.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our AI generation capabilities.
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate content at a rate exceeding your plan limits.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan users receive limited monthly generations at no cost.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in INR and USD.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide as input (topics, descriptions, examples). AI-generated output produced by the service is provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable copyright laws and platform policies. Captora AI does not claim ownership of content you generate.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always review before publishing. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
